2-hours on-demand + 8-hours Live/In-Person

ESP certification course and 1.0 ASHA CEUs.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • Anatomy and physiology of the swallow response
  • Muscle fiber types and recruitment patterns
  • Fundamental principles of electrotherapy
  • Past and current research on neuromuscular electrical stimulation and dysphagia therapy

Followed by…

A lab with hands-on application of the Ampcare device in conjunction with  therapeutic dysphagia exercises.

  • First, complete 6 hours of pre-recorded online training.
  • Next, attend the 4-hour, in-person training, for a  hands-on experience with the Ampcare electrodes, resistive device, and dysphagia exercises.
  • Offered for 1.0 Advanced ASHA CEUs
